4. Shipping & Delivery
We use specialised secure couriers. Deliveries are made only to the verified account holder or designated authorized representative with valid ID.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the volatile nature of precious metal markets, all sales are final. Refunds are only offered in cases of material non-conformity or shipping damage.
